When will my room be ready?

From 3 p.m. Arriving earlier? We’ll store your luggage and you can already start with an aperitif. The time until you get your room will fly by.

I’m arriving after 10 p.m. Is it a problem?

No need to worry, we’ll be here. Just let us know, and we’ll still welcome you at midnight with a smile. And perhaps a drink.

Until what time do I have to vacate the room?

Please by 10 a.m., after that it’s time to say goodbye. Or to extend your stay – just speak to us.

Is there parking?

Each room has one video-monitored parking space directly in front of the hotel. Available from 2 p.m. on the day of arrival and until 10 a.m. on the day of departure. Using the car park for the entire departure day as well? Unfortunately, that’s not possible.

Can I smoke on the balcony?

Of course you can. The rooms are non-smoking, but there are ashtrays on the balconies.

Is there Wi-Fi?

Of course. Fast and free of charge. Perfect for Instagram posts, e-mails, or Netflix.

Can I get a bathrobe?

With pleasure. Just ask. If the bathrobe accidentally ends up in your suitcase, we charge €35.00.

Is there a sauna?

Yes, a small Finnish sauna is waiting for you from 4 p.m. Towels are provided. Simply ask, step in, and unwind.

À la carte restaurant and reservations

When is the à la carte restaurant open?

In winter, daily from 6 p.m., with one day off per week. In summer, on our terrace, depending on the weather, from 4 p.m., with the kitchen open from 5.30 p.m.

Do I need a reservation?

From two people upwards, we strongly recommend a reservation. We only accept reservations by phone. Please have your telephone number and credit card details ready. Yes, we’re a bit old-fashioned. But very nice.

What happens if I don’t show up?

Then we shed bitter tears. And charge €80.00 per person as a no-show fee. Reservations are secured with your credit card.

New Year’s Eve and Christmas

Is there a New Year’s Eve menu?

No. On New Year’s Eve, you choose your meal from our à la carte menu. That way, the evening is exactly to your taste. Please note: a table reservation is only possible with a credit card.

What do you serve on Christmas Eve?

Traditionally, Fondue Chinoise with exquisite side dishes. A feast for the senses. Here, too, reservations are only possible with a credit card.

Where do I get my ski pass?

Directly at the ticket offices of the cable cars. Please note: only cash and credit card are accepted. A deposit of €5.00 per ski pass is charged, which you can get back at any restaurant or hotel.

Can I rent skis?

Yes. The best place is at our partner Sport Jenewein. Visit the website and secure discounts for online bookings.

Where can I put my ski equipment?

In the ski cellar. And the ski boots? They dry in the boot heater so that you have warm feet again tomorrow.

How much is the tourist tax?

It’s €5.00 per person and night from the age of 14. It’s not included in the room rate.

What payment methods do you accept?

Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. For deposits and reservations, we require the card number, expiry date, and security code. Cash payment is of course also possible.

Cancellation and deposit

Until when can I cancel?

Winter: free of charge up to 30 days before arrival. After that, 50% of the total price is due.
Summer: free of charge up to one day before arrival. On the day of arrival, 100% of the total amount is charged.

When do I have to pay the deposit?

Winter: 50% of the total amount at the latest 30 days before arrival, by bank transfer or credit card.
Summer: no deposit required. We only need your credit card details to guarantee your booking.

Vouchers and other little extras

Can I buy vouchers as a gift?

A wonderful idea. You can get vouchers for the hotel or the à la carte restaurant directly from us.

May I bring my pet?

Unfortunately, that’s not possible. As much as we love animals, Schindler remains pet-free. We kindly ask for your understanding.

Are there package deals for children and seniors?

No, as individual ski pass prices work out cheaper. We’ll gladly provide details personally. Just get in touch with us.

Are short stays possible?

Gladly, on request. Prices are subject to change.
