VIP - very important paper

We really care about the atmosphere in our house, therefore we would like you to be informed in advance, that even after a happy good humoured Après-Ski or a late night out at the Clubs, it is required to afford the necessary respect to all other house guests, our family, the property & accommodations.
In case of misconduct we have to cancel the lodging contract. There will be NO refund.

Information:

All prices are stated per person per day in Euro and for a minimum stay of 3 days. In the high season booking is made from Saturday to Saturday or from Sunday to Sunday only! Ask for short stays.

Tourist tax is not includet. (Summer 2023  EUR 3,00 per person per night, from 1st of November 2023 Euro 5,00 per person per night, from the age of 15).

Prices include breakfast buffet, ski storage & shoe heating in the hotel, sauna, and free access to in-house wireless network!

Privat parking - video monitored - in front of our hotel (Euro 5,-- per day) during your stay.

Austrian hotel contract regulations are applied.

Payment - Deposit winter saison

For final confirmation of your booking we ask for an advance payment at the rate of 50% of the total amount 30 days (1 month) befor arrival by bank transfer or by credit card.

Cancellation fees winter saison

• up to 30 days before arrival - free of charge
• 30 - 0 days before arrival 50% of the total amount
• In case of a NO SHOW 100% of the total amount
